VENDORS RESEARCH
Selection of your dream place and scouting visits. Research and proposal of quality vendors (caterer, music group, DJ, photographer, videographer, florist, stationery, makeup, hairdresser, ...)
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
I help you establish and manage your budget, with wise and experienced advices, so you can make informed decisions.
Through our planning platform you will have permanent access to all your contracts, reminders and tracking of each payment.
AESTHETICS AND COHERENCE OF THE EVENT
Creation of your event design using moodboards and layout plans to help you envision your wedding.
From floral selections to stationery, dishes or tablecloths, I'll be with you in all choices and selections of the smallest detail.
ORGANIZATION
Monthly meeting to explain the planning process, answer questions, advise and guide the couple on the decision-making and wedding etiquette.
Organization of the logistics of the site visit with the vendors, digital tools for the follow-up of the wedding organization, private space online to discuss and exchange files/ideas, management of appointments with the selected providers, budget management.

BIG DAY COORDINATION
Presence on the wedding day for the coordination of all the providers and the management of the planning of the day, supervision of the installation of the places of the ceremony and of the reception, to ensure that everything takes place as planned.
